REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

At Da Cultural Cravings, every sweet is handcrafted with love and care. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we maintain a strict non-return and non-exchange policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety.

However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do accept requests for refunds or replacements under specific circumstances described below.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order enters processing or dispatch stage, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@daculturalcravings.com with your order ID and reason.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following situations:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product:
    • If your product arrives in damaged or spoiled condition.
    • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a short video of the package and product.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered:
    • If the product received does not match your order (e.g., incorrect sweet type or quantity).
  3. Missing Items in Package:
    • If part of your order is missing, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Upon verification, we will:

  • Provide a replacement (where possible), or
  • Process a refund to your original payment mode within 7–10 business days.

Note:
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners beyond our control.
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or color, as these may vary naturally.
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please send an email to support@daculturalcravings.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Contact number
  • Description of issue
  • Supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review the request and update you within 48 hours.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable to receive delivery
  • Product not stored properly post-delivery
  • Opened or consumed products

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are made only to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
