At Da Cultural Cravings, every sweet is handcrafted with love and care. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we maintain a strict non-return and non-exchange policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do accept requests for refunds or replacements under specific circumstances described below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order enters processing or dispatch stage, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@daculturalcravings.com with your order ID and reason.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If your product arrives in damaged or spoiled condition. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a short video of the package and product.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product received does not match your order (e.g., incorrect sweet type or quantity).
- Missing Items in Package: If part of your order is missing, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
- Delay in delivery caused by courier or external factors.
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
